Auxivo Analytics consists of two main modules
Workplace Analysis
Uses movement sensors to quantify and visualize workload and identify ergonomic risks to guide targeted interventions.
Exoskeleton Analysis
Records movements and uses technical and biomechanical laboratory data to calculate how exoskeletons reduce workload and effort.

Through Auxivo Analytics, you gain insights into your work processes, enabling evidence-based decisions on where to invest in targeted measures to effectively improve workplace ergonomics where it matters the most.
How it Works
Our experts visit you on-site and bring everything needed. An analysis typically takes around 2 hours per workplace, including setup, data collection, initial results discussion, and report generation. Multiple workplaces can be analyzed in parallel with minimal interruption of the workers.
1. Intro & Setup
Everything is explained, and wearable sensors are attached to the worker. Workers can be equipped in less than 5 minutes.
3. On-Site Analysis
The analysis for each workplace is conducted directly on site in the Auxivo Mobile Software. The results are available on the day of the visit.
2. Data Recording
1 - 2 hours of work are recorded per workplace to provide realistic data. During recording, workers can perform their work without limitations.
4. Clear Reporting
The analytics results are exported and provided to the customer at the end of the visit, containing overview dashboards and extended reports for deeper insights.
